New Elements Collection 2026 Edition box set includes three Manufacture Collection timepieces: a Date/Moon Phase, a Tourbillon and a Perpetual Calendar, with onyx, heliotrope and turquoise mineral dials
NEW YORK (October 1, 2026) – Frederique Constant today unveils the composition of its “The Elements Collection” – 2026 Edition box set. It comprises three pieces from the Manufacture collection: a Date/Moon Phase, a Tourbillon, and a Perpetual Calendar. Each complication is paired with a mineral dial – respectively onyx, heliotrope and turquoise. As no two mineral dials are alike, each creation is unique. The three watches will be sold together in a box set, with each individually numbered out of 88 pieces.
“The Elements Collection” is a box set comprising three exceptional timepieces crafted from rare and precious materials, produced in a strictly limited series, now an established annual tradition at Frederique Constant and eagerly anticipated by discerning collectors.
Bringing together the most beautiful and the rarest
The 2026 Edition is unveiled today. It is built around two themes: rare minerals and Frederique Constant’s iconic Manufacture calibers. As a nod to the year the Geneva-based Maison was founded, the collection is limited to 88 box sets, each comprising three pieces.
Classic Moonphase Date Manufacture & Onyx
The Classic Moonphase Date Manufacture features a black onyx dial. With this choice, Frederique Constant sought to symbolize the vastness of the cosmos – that absolute blackness in which planets, stars and satellites, including the Moon, float. By pairing onyx with a Moon Phase complication, the Geneva-based Maison also recalls that watchmaking is a daughter of astronomy. This mineral also gives the dial exceptional legibility. Against the deep black backdrop, a minimalist, pared-back aesthetic vocabulary comes to the fore. Three central hands sweep across polished applied hour markers, ensuring excellent contrast. They are driven by the new FC-716 movement, developed and assembled in-house, with a 72-hour power reserve.

At 6 o’clock, Frederique Constant aptly highlights the connection between the date and lunar phases by placing the date around the circumference of the Moon Phase display. Here, the Moon Phase background is rendered in glossy black, rather than the blue used on the current collection models and is scattered with stars. A composition of light and shadow housed in a 40mm stainless steel case and paired with a black alligator strap.

Classic Tourbillon Manufacture & heliotrope
The Classic Tourbillon Manufacture will be reserved for just 88 discerning collectors. Its 39mm stainless steel case houses a heliotrope dial. The use of this mineral is rare in watchmaking. Heliotrope belongs to the oxide mineral category. As such, it contains numerous traces of aluminium, iron and potassium. Each of these elements reveals a multitude of graceful inclusions within the heart of the stone. Their hues range from black and pale or deep green to occasional touches of red. Each fragment is unique, creating a vibrant mineral patchwork of striking aesthetic appeal.

The rarity of this stone in watchmaking is matched by that of the Manufacture FC-980 movement. At 6 o’clock, the tourbillon takes center stage, held in place by a bridge featuring hand-polished chamfers. The central small seconds hand sweeps above this airy, high-precision mechanism. Entirely adjusted and finished by hand, the tourbillon is individually numbered on its upper bridge. Each Classic Tourbillon Manufacture in the collection is therefore unique, bearing a gold engraving as a testament to its individuality. A brown alligator leather strap completes the composition.

Classic Perpetual Calendar Manufacture & turquoise
The Classic Perpetual Calendar Manufacture is powered by Frederique Constant’s 34th in-house movement, the Manufacture FC-776. Its latest optimization has doubled its power reserve, now extending to three days (72 hours). It is housed in a discreet 40mm case and secured to the wrist by a navy blue alligator leather strap. A sapphire crystal caseback offers a glimpse into the inner workings of the FC-776 caliber, decorated with perlage and Geneva stripes.

In this format, the harmonious arrangement of no fewer than seven indications is essential. Frederique Constant has given it a turquoise dial. Its light, radiant hue and subtly textured surface provide the perfect backdrop for displaying the hours, minutes, day, date, month, leap year, and moon phase.
